Myres Castle

Myers Castle in Fife is a beautiful, privately owned 16th century castle that guests enjoy on an exclusive basis. Guests are encouraged to treat the Castle at their home for the duration of their stay, which would be for a minimum of two nights from arrival at 3pm to departure at 5pm on a Sunday. Included in the cost of hiring the castle are use of nine en-suite double bedrooms, all meals taken with in the castle as well as soft drinks, exclusive use of the public areas and grounds of the Castle, fees for a religious wedding ceremony or civil ceremony license and castle flowers of your choice.

The Chef uses local produce wherever possible and has sourced some of the finest ingredients to tempt every palate. Meals are served in the stunning formal dining room, or for a more casual atmosphere, smaller groups can meet in the kitchen and dine at the family kitchen table.

All menus and any dietary requirements can be discussed in advance and alcoholic beverages are supplied and charged on consumption at the end of the stay.

The nine bedrooms are all as beautiful as they are unique Myers is ideal for a small intimate wedding which extends to a fantastic weekend with family and friends. The ceremony takes place either in the drawing room or in the grounds of the Castle with drinks and a wonderful dinner to follow.

While enjoying your stay at Myers Castle, there are a number of activities available locally including golf, river and loch fishing, shooting, go-karting and polo. In the castle or grounds, guests can enjoy tennis, table tennis, billiards, volleyball, croquet, biking and badminton.
