Wedding Planning Services
Unlike many wedding planning companies we don’t work on a percentage basis but quote you a fixed fee for the level of assistance that you require.
This can be tailor made to your individual requirements but below is an example of what this would include:
- A full venue search for the ceremony and reception locations.
- Co-ordination of all the details of the Wedding Ceremony and Reception.
- Provision of objective, constructive and impartial opinions on venues and suppliers to ensure that you engage those most suitable for you.
- Recommendation of a short-list of suppliers as required, for example photographers, entertainers, florists, caterers, hair and make up, videographers, celebrants etc.
- Liaison with all the chosen suppliers on your behalf and co-ordination of payments (if required)
- Attendance on the day to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- An itinerary of the day updated throughout the planning process highlighting everything that has been arranged and what decisions still have to be made.
- Administrative costs involved in arranged the day such as any agreed postage, telephone calls etc.
We can also offer a venue search, on the day co-ordination and marquee set up as separate services if that’s all you require.
