Away From It All
A small group of family and your closest friends, gathered together for a weekend of relaxation, good conversation, good food, good wine and outstanding Scottish scenery.
Tackle rush hour… no, not cars, just an escaped flock of sheep! But with breathtaking scenery all around, you won’t even have noticed.
Arrive to check in to luxurious accommodation in an old converted farm lodge and enjoy a large glass of malt
whisky or chilled white wine.
Meet up with friends, and make some new ones.
Then take your seats for a mouth watering dinner of local game; venison, salmon, duck, haggis before sharing stories about the bride and groom then head to bed, at a sensible time of course, hoping the silence won’t keep you awake.
After a hearty breakfast and a walk in the clean crisp air don your finery for the day… kilts for the gents of course!
The wedding ceremony is beautiful whether it’s on the beach, in the estate family’s private church or in a walled garden.
The photographs are the envy of everyone who couldn’t make
it and cherished by those who could.
Another dinner, if you can eat even more, but then dance it off with a good old fashioned Ceilidh.
The only problem with this scenario? No-one wants to go home the next day!
